65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65-85 years (including boundary value); 2. Patients whose operation time is more than 6 hours; 3. ASA class I-III patients; 4. Patients with BMI between 18-30 (including boundary value); 5. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute kidney disease or acute renal insufficiency; 2. Dialysis patients; 3. Diabetic patients; 4. Patients allergic to hydroxyethyl starch; 5. Patients with obvious arrhythmia and cardiac insufficiency; 6. Patients with edema, pleural effusion and ascites; 7. Patients with abnormal thyroid function; 8. Patients who used trimethoprim and cimetidine in the past 3 months; 9. Patients who used hormone in the past 3 months; 10. Patients considered unsuitable for this study.
