Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion of patients older than 18 years of age requiring surgery under extracorporeal circulation for heart valve disease, aortic dissection, and coronary artery bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of patients with acute or chronic intracranial disease in pregnancy and known intracranial or extracranial arterial vascular disease.
