Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In the construction of pathological model of knee joint malformation: (1) Healthy adults, ages 18 to 28, male or female; (2) No trauma, congenital or acquired deformity of both lower limbs; (3) Willing to participate in the research. 2. Research on the evaluation of polymerization validity of the lower limb full-length biomechanical parameter correction system: (1) Patients clinically diagnosed with unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and planning to undergo TKA surgery recently; (2) 40 to 80 years old; (3) Patients willing to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the construction of pathological model of knee joint malformation: (1) Women who are breast-feeding, pregnant or preparing for pregnancy; (2) any person medically unfit to undergo CT or X-ray examination. 2. Research on the evaluation of polymerization validity of the lower limb full-length biomechanical parameter correction system: (1) any patient deemed medically unfit for CT or X-ray examination.
