Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as trauma hemorrhagic shock according to the standard in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma hemorrhagic shock Chinese emergency experts (2017); 2. Injury within 6 hours; 3. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) = 18 years; 5. Men and women are not limited; 6. Inpatients; 7. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension; 2. Brain trauma; 3. Hypothyroidism. (Among them, hypertensive patients such as recent blood pressure control at normal levels can also be included in the study. Brain trauma refers to moderate and severe head trauma.)
