Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients who can complete the questionnaire by themselves or with the assistance of investigators; 3. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection (including but not limited to cough, sore throat, runny nose, stuffy nose, headache, low fever, facial pressure, sneezing, etc.) in the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection in the past six months (including sore throat, cough, runny nose, fever, etc.); 2. Patients hospitalized due to serious illness.
