Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years; 2. Patients whose onset time is less than 4.5 hours; 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of China's guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in 2018, and who are excluded from hemorrhagic stroke by head CT through plain CT / MRI examination; 4. Patients with AIS who received intravenous thrombolysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 2. Patients treated by thrombolysis or interventional thrombectomy; 3. Patients with transient ischemic attack; 4. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
