Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with colon cancer by transintestinal biopsy and pathology; (2) Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other malignant tumors; (2) The patient has severe heart and lung disease; (3) The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal microflora preparations 3 months before admission; (4) Patients with severe diarrhea or constipation.
