Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Corresponding to the DSM-V severe depressive episode diagnostic criteria; 2. The score of the 24-item Hamilton rating scale for depression >21; 3. no gender limitation; Aged 18 to 65 years old; A family history of depression; 4. Patients willing to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, organic brain diseases, serious cardiovascular diseases, tumors, blood history, rheumatism, malnutrition and neurodegeneration, etc; 2. Depressive episodes secondary to other mental or physical disorders; 3. Pregnant female.
