Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with colon cancer by transintestinal biopsy and pathology; 2. Patients confirmed by intestinal polyp by transintestinal biopsy and pathology; 3. healthy volunteers; 4. The self or his agent is signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other malignant tumors; (2) The patient has severe heart and lung disease; (3) The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal microflora preparations 3 months before admission (4) Patients with severe diarrhea or constipation.
