Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All healthy neonates whose mother are willing to participate in the study and plan to have a selective cesarean section or natural delivery in west China second hospital of sichuan university at the gestational age of 37-41 weeks are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Her or his mother is suffered from Aortic stenosis.
