Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery, during which patients are expected to have one lung ventilation time >1h and 18 years old, ASA I-III grade; 3. After fully explaining the contents of the clinical trial, those who voluntarily joined and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chest surgery for artificial pneumothorax or thoracotomy; 2. Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension, arrhythmia or cardiac insufficiency; 3. Patients with renal dysfunction (Cre: 2 mg/dL or more or BUN: 40 mg/dL or more); 4. Patients with hypothyroidism; 5. Patients with past allergies; 6. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 7. Patients with severe anemia with hemoglobin below 7.0g/dl, or donated blood within the last 3 months (except for blood drawn for self-blood transfusion) (when consent is obtained); 8. Patients who participated in other treatments in the last 6 months (when consent was obtained); 9. Patients judged as lack of consent; 10. Other patients who are judged as inappropriate by the clinically responsible doctor or clinical supervisor.
