Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical identified acute ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction with angiography-confirmed acute coronary occlusion at the corresponding site; 2. Diagnosed cardiogenic shock; 3. Single vessel disease or multiple vessel disease with non-culprit vessel stenosis less than 70%, and received emergency PCI treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients received remediation PCI; 2. Patients diagnosed of acute ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction but dose not receive emergency PCI treatment; 3. Patients diagnosed of acute ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction but the infarted area evolves inferior, posterior or the right ventricle; 4. Non- ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction; 5. Unstable angina pectoris; 6. History of myocardial infarction.
