Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients criteria: 1) Male or female patients aged 6 to 30 years (including 6 and 30 years),in good healthy (ASA I); 2) Patients or family members understood and agreed to do regenerative endodontics procedures (REPs) with good compliance. Teeth criteria: 1) Roots are not yet fully developed: The diameter of the apical foramen >=1.0mm (The apical foramen diameter of each root in the teeth with multiple roots >=1.0mm); Root length is at least 5mm (from CEJ to apex); 2) Acute or chronic pulpitis of immature permanent teeth: Pulp status is judged by clinical examination, electrical pulp test, and thermal tests; 3) Pulp necrosis of immature permanent teeth: Pulpal necrosis was determined by electrical pulp test and cold test (If the tooth is a traumatized tooth, pulp necrosis should be confirmed by electrical pulp test or cold test at 3 months after trauma); The presence of a periapical defect is confirmed by the apical radiolucent; Pulp necrosis was determined by crown discoloration; 4) Mild to moderate chronic periapical periodontitis of immature permanent teeth: The size of the apical radiolucent area is determined by CBCT, and periapical cysts are excluded (X-ray images show high-density white lines around the defect area).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients criteria: 1) Patients with systemic diseases (ASA II-VI), such as systemic diabetes, immunodeficiency diseases, leukemia, Edison's disease, Curie's disease, etc; 2) Patients had taken immunosuppressive or chemotherapy drugs, including glucocorticoids, in the past 3 months; 3) A known mental illness, alcohol abuse, inability to quit smoking, drug or substance abuse; 4) A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding; 5) Poor compliance, unable to return to the hospital regularly, unable to contact the patient or his family; 6) Patients who are not well understood and agree to endodontic regenerative therapy. Teeth criteria: 1) A tooth that cannot be repaired; 2) A tooth that cannot be isolated with a rubber dam; 3) An ankylosed tooth or a tooth with an inflammatory absorption (including internal and external absorption); 4) A tooth with severe periapical inflammation or apical cyst; 5) A tooth need retreatment; 6) A tooth with root fracture or alveolar bone fracture; 7) A tooth with grade III mobility(>2mm horizontal or any vertical movement) or dens invaginatus; 8) An avulsed tooth outside of the socket has been dry for more than one hour.
