18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. impacted third molar; 2. impacted mandibular third molars in contact to inferior alveolar nerve; 3. Aged 18-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nerve had damaged such as numbness of the lips and chin; 2. The third molar of the mandible is in close contact with the root of the second molar, resulting in serious absorption of the second molar root; 3. The patient has a basic disease that is intolerant to impacted tooth extraction.
