18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Renal pelvis cancer undergoing elective radical operation; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Singel metastatic or primary tumor, tumor size <= 2cm, no other tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of percutaneous puncture: including severe coagulation dysfunction, local or systemic infection, local anesthetic drug allergies, etc.; 2. Mental illness; 3. Chronic pain, long-term use of analgesics; 4. BMI > 40kg/m2; 5. Portal vein thrombosis.
