Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender unlimited, age 65-85, ASA II or III; 2. Those patients who did not take psychoactive drugs within half a year before admission; 3. Patients without hepatorenal dysfunction; 4. Patients with normal temperature before operation; 5. Patients who can correctly understand the score of MMSE are excluded from those who can not cooperate with the score measurement and are lower than the lowest score of corresponding education level (illiteracy <=17 points, primary school <=20 points, middle school <=22 points, University <=23 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system diseases take sedatives and antidepressants; 2. Patients with severe cerebrovascular disease, cerebral metabolic disease, dementia history, etc., who have been drinking for a long time; 3. Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe visual, auditory or language communication disorders; 5. Patients with preoperative MMSE score < 23.
