Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with IBS-D were diagnosed according to Rome III standard; 2. Patients between the ages of 18-65 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Patients suitable for drug treatment; 4. Patients who voluntarily accept the treatment of the drug and sign the informed consent form, the informed consent process complies with the relevant provisions of GCP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with general or special contraindications treated by meichang'an; 2. Patients with serious primary diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or serious diseases (such as tumor) and psychosis that affect their survival. 3. Pregnant or preparing pregnant or lactating women. 4. Patients suspected or with a history of alcohol and drug abuse. 5. Patients with cognitive impairment who can not give full informed consent.
