Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. X-ray and MRI confirmed patients with type IV-VI acromioclavicular joint dislocation; 3. Patients know and agree; 4. Systemic conditions can tolerate surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of fracture of upper limb on the same side or history of surgery or chronic arthritis affecting upper limb function; 2. Accompanied by neuromuscular vascular injury that affects the function of the affected limb; 3. Contralateral upper limbs have a history of acromioclavicular joint dislocations, fractures, arthritis, etc. that affect upper limb function; 4. Suffering from mental illness and unable to understand the questionnaire; 5. Unable to perform at least 2 years of postoperative follow-up.
