Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The gastroenterologist determines the clinical diagnosis (with typical symptoms of heartburn and acid reflux) of patients aged 18-75 years; 2. The 24h esophageal pH monitoring was consistent with: Demeester score > 30.0; 3. After systemic medical treatment for more than 2 months, the remission of symptoms is not obvious or the symptoms are still repeated after remission; 4. GERD with hiatal hernia is larger than 3cm in diameter; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received surgical treatment such as gastric folding and whose normal anatomical structures have been destroyed; 2. Esophageal stricture, severe dysphagia and esophageal motility disorders; 3. Severe cardiac dysfunction and pulmonary disease; 4. The coagulation function is poor, can not tolerate the operation; 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
