Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the "China heart failure diagnosis and treatment guidelines 2018"; 2. NYHA heart function rating I-III; 3. The patients with heart failure diagnosis >= 3 months were stable in the last month, LVEF >= 30%; 4. Patients with age <= 75 years old; 5. Patients who did not participate in other sports rehabilitation training programs; 6. Patients or family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute myocardial infarction within 1 month; 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; 3. Patients with unstable angina, malignant arrhythmia, high atrioventricular block, acute myocarditis, severe aortic stenosis, new atrial fibrillation, thrombus, aortic dissection or aneurysm, dilated or obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 4. Patients with neurological, muscular, skeletal diseases or joint stiffness that hinder activity; 5. Patients with mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate; 6. Patients with other complications: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, infectious disease, active tuberculosis, cancer, serious liver, kidney, lung and chest diseases and blood system diseases; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients with serious adverse reactions or obvious ECG changes during exercise test.
