Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Through gastroscopy and high-resolution esophageal manometry, 24-hour esophageal pH test, upper gastrointestinal angiography, and abdominal CT examination support esophageal hiatal hernia (type II\III\IV) with GERD; 2. The patient has reflux symptoms such as reflux, acid reflux, and burning pain in the chest area, and the symptoms have not improved significantly after regular medical conservative treatment; 3. Surgical treatment, normal liver, kidney and bone marrow function; 4. Ability to abide by the plan during the study and sign an informed consent; 5. The patient is willing to follow up and cooperate with the full-time staff to make relevant records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease and intolerance to surgery; 2. With history of gastrointestinal surgery, malignant tumor history, history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 3. Uncontrollable medical diseases (including unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident within 6 months); 4. Cannot receive general anesthesia or surgical treatment due to other organs in the whole body; 5. Have a history of uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system diseases or mental disorders; 6. Those who need immunosuppressive treatment for organ transplantation; 7. Severe uncontrolled repeated infections, or other serious uncontrolled concomitant diseases; 8. Continuous systemic steroid hormone treatment; 9. Pregnant or breastfeeding women of childbearing age; 10. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
