Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. The patients with OVCF were confirmed by MRI (CT showed that the posterior wall of the fractured vertebral body was damaged or part of the fracture mass moved backward into the spinal canal, and the space occupied was less than 1 / 3 of the sagittal diameter of the spinal canal); 3. Patients undergoing vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary or metastatic bone tumors of the vertebral body; 2. Patients with lumbar OVCF without pain; 3. Patients with nerve injury or posterior ligament complex injury.
