50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local canceration and intramucosal carcinoma of rectal adenoma; 2. Patients with tumor infiltrating into submucosa (sm1-sm3); 3. Patients with tumor infiltrating into the proper muscle layer (T2N0); 4. The patients with tumor infiltrating to the intrinsic muscular layer and outer membrane (T3N0) less than 7cm from the anal margin, and over 75 years old, who are willing to protect the anus strongly, do not accept surgery; 5. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's consent cannot be obtained; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate; 3. Patients who have bleeding tendency and are using anticoagulants; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease who can not tolerate endoscopic therapy; 5. Patients with unstable vital signs.
