50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnosis criteria of MCI; 2. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of = 25 and one point will be added to correct the educational effect for patients with less than twelve years of education 3. aged 50 to 85 years old; 4. literate in Han Chinese; 5. the grade of Global Deterioration Scale (GDS)from 2 to 3 6. right handedness 7. be willing to join and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure over 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure over 100 mmHg after taking medicine); 2. diagnosed as dementia or other psychiatric disease according to the fifth edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (DSM-V) ; 3. history of alcohol or drug abuse; 4. history of psychiatric disorders; 5. other system diseases that may cause the noncooperation with intervention and evaluation (i.e. severe organ failure, myocardial infarction or musculoskeletal system diseases); 6. the score of Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD)>10; 7. the score of Hachinski Ischemic Scale (HIS) = 5; 8. had taken tranquilizers, antidepressants, psychostimulants or any other drugs that may affect the cognitive function in last two weeks; 9. be taking part in other studies that may affect the result of this study 10. any contraindication to MRI (eg. pacemaker, fever, fixed denture, metal implant, claustrophobia etc.).
