Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. ASA class of 1-2; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m2; 4. Voluntary informed consent; 5. Open surgery under general anesthesia, with an estimated time of 1-6 hours; 6. Patients or his/her relatives have normal comprehension ability and can cooperate with pain evaluation or fill in the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system diseases, unable to communicate or with mental disorders; 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease or cardiac insufficiency; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with contraindications of percutaneous acupoint thread embedding, such as local skin injury, infection, etc; 5. Patients with acupuncture syncope reaction or fear of acupuncture treatment; 6. Patients with drug addiction, alcohol addiction or long-term use of analgesics for chronic pain; 7. Patients with HGB < 90 g/L; 8. Patients in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to being enrolled in the study.
