Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Provide written informed consent provided by parents, legal guardians or authorized agents before participating in relevant procedures of the study; 2. Patients aged 6 months to 14 years old; 3. Patients whose body temperature is greater than or equal to 38.3 degree C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with blocked venous access; 2. Patients who had received antipyretics within 4 hours before admission; 3. Patients with a history of allergy to NSAIDs or aspirin; 4. Central fever and heatstroke fever; 5. Patients who received another drug under study within the past 30 days; 6. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after the use of NSAIDs; 7. Patients with active peptic ulcer / bleeding, or with previous recurrence of ulcer / bleeding; 8. Patients with severe heart failure; 9. In other aspects, the researchers think it is not suitable for this study.
