Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 1-12; 2. ASA class I-III patients; 3. Patients undergoing elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to esmketamine; 2. Patients who used other analgesics 48 hours before operation; 3. Patients with BMI > 30; 4. Patients with cardiovascular disease or other serious systemic diseases; 5. Other conditions not suitable for the study.
