Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as thoracic surgical diseases before operation; 2. Patients aged 0-10 years, ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction, thoracic deformity, thoracic skin infection and ulceration; 2. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with intrathoracic dense adhesion; 4. Patients who are allergic to amide local anesthetics; 5. Patients with tube more than 2 hours after operation; 6. The family refused.
