Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for Grade 1 and grade 2 hypertension in accordance with the Chinese hypertension prevention and control guidelines (2018): 140-159mmhg for Grade 1 hypertension and (or) 90-99mmhg for DBP, 160-179mmhg for grade 2 hypertension and (or) 100-109mmhg for DBP [12]; 2. Patients aged 18-59 years; 3. Patients with good language expression and understanding ability; 4. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to food (especially Yanmai bran) and take special diet or other diet treatment; 2. Patients who often eat dietary fiber (>=25g / D); 3. Patients who receive other psychological consultation or treatment within one month; 4. Patients who scored 37.1 points in depression profile or anxiety profile; 5. Patients with major diseases (such as heart failure, cancer, etc.); 6. Patients with cognitive impairment; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients who participated in multiple studies at the same time.
