Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Patients with 3 tumor nodes at most and Q <=5cm each; 3. Patients without signs of vascular or bile duct invasion; 4. Patients without extrahepatic metastasis; 5. Child Pugh grade A or B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized for diagnosis and treatment due to rupture of liver cancer; 2. Patients who did not achieve R0 hepatectomy (R0 hepatectomy is defined as negative surgical margin under microscope and macroscopic observation); 3. Patients who did not achieve complete ablation by microwave ablation (complete ablation is defined as: 1 month after ablation, there was no irregular or nodular enhancement in the ablation focus or edge under the observation of enhanced CT or enhanced MRI; 4. Patients with other serious combined diseases such as cardiopulmonary damage or renal failure.
