18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of who diabetes; 3. Patients with BMI >= 24kg / m2; 4. Light to medium manual workers; 5. The patients were in stable clinical symptoms before admission; 6. Patients who know and sign the consent form. Note: those meeting all the above standards shall be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes or other special type diabetes or gestational diabetes; 2. Patients with acute or serious chronic complications or serious complications of diabetes; 3. Patients with allergic constitution or gluten; 4. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Patients with psychosis, patients who are unwilling to cooperate, and patients who have severe physical dysfunction, unclear speech and unable to express subjective intention; 6. Patients who participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months. Note: any compliance with any of the above shall be excluded.
