Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are age between 18 to 60 years and acute displaced mid-distal humeral shaft fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elbow fracture; 2. Patients with vascular and nerve injury; 3. Patients with pathological fracture 4. Patients with multiple fractures; 5. Patients with open fracture, etc.
