Interpartum fever after labpr epidural analgesia

Interventions

experimental group:After the first epidural dose of 12ml (0.08% ropivacaine + 0.4ug/ml of sufen) was given, epidural injection of 10mg dexamethasone
control group:After giving the first epidural dose of 12ml (0.08% ropivacaine + 0.4ug/ml sufen), 2ml of normal saline was injected via epidural injection

22 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full term primipara who voluntarily requires epidural labor analgesia; 2. Women aged 22-38, ASA I or II; 3. Parturient with single head position; 4. The parturient whose uterine opening 2-5cm; 5. The obstetrician evaluates the parturient who can give birth through vagina

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Maternal women with contraindications to spinal canal anesthesia, fever, ß-streptococcal infection, suspected intrauterine infection and diabetes before labor analgesia.
