Intervention group:beside the intervention of control group, participants are asked to do aerobics called "Exercise during pregnancy"

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients diagnosed as GDM: the normal 75 g glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was positive at 24-28 weeks of gestation, which was in line with the iadpsg standard proposed by ADA. The critical value of OGTT was 5.1 mmol / L fasting blood glucose, 10.0 mmol / L blood glucose at 1 hour and 8.5 mmol / L blood glucose at 2 hours after taking sugar water; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients with 24-28 weeks gestation; 4. Patients with smart phones (iPhone or Andriod), they can use WeChat and other applications without obstacles, and can complete the data independently; 5. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study with informed consent are willing to insist on regular outpatient birth inspection and online and offline follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pregnant and parturient women with limitation of movement, such as twin pregnancy, placenta previa and cervical incompetence; 2. Patients with type I or type II diabetes before pregnancy; 3. Patients with a history of serious mental illness; 4. Patients with vision and understanding disorders; 5. Patients with other medical and surgical complications (such as heart disease, hepatitis, preeclampsia, etc.).
