Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. ASA grade: I-II patients; 3. Lung cancer patients who underwent unilateral thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to dexamethasone or ropivacaine; 2. Patients with abnormal coagulation before operation; 3. Patients with skin infection or damage at the puncture site; 4. BMI 30kg / m2; 5. Patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block and cardiac insufficiency; 6. Patients with serious damage to liver and kidney function; 7. Patients with a history of chronic pain.
