Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology were evaluated by ultrasonography and MRI to meet the indications of neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 2. The patients who were first diagnosed had not received anti-tumor treatment before; 3. Patients who obtain the consent of patients or their guardians and sign the informed consent of the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor cardiopulmonary function and other diseases unable to tolerate chemotherapy; 2. Patients with long-term use of antibiotics or intestinal diseases leading to imbalance of intestinal flora; 3. Patients or their guardians do not agree with neoadjuvant chemotherapy or experiment before operation.
