Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital heart disease diagnosed before operation, the median sternal incision; 2. Patients aged 0-7 years old, ASA grade I-II; 3. Patients without respiratory tract infection before operation; 4. Patients without pulmonary hypertension and other system complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The child's family refused; 2. Emergency operation patients; 3. Patients with known local anesthetic allergy; 4. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
