Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation mode was PLIF, and it was the first spinal operation; 2. The patients received routine nursing care in the spinal surgery area of a third class a hospital in Nantong City, and the doctor had issued the discharge order; 3. Patients use smart phones and have the ability to use wechat software; 4. Those who are over 18 years old and can cooperate with data collection; 5. Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with serious organic diseases and mental disorders such as liver, lung, brain and nervous system; 3. Those who can't cooperate in sports: bone and muscle disorders, limb joint deformities, etc.
