Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients with hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital (selected PEP patients with high risk preferred group: female with previous history of pancreatitis or PEP); 2. sign informed consent; 3. Preoperative transabdominal CT or magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) was diagnosed as choledocholithiasis; 4. The serum amylase was in normal range before operation (the reference value of our laboratory was 0-110U/L); 5. No abdominal pain, fever and other clinical symptoms or acute inflammation has been conservatively controlled; 6. Difficult intubation cases (satisfying the following conditions >=1 item): Intraoperative intubation time >10 min, times of intubation >5 times, performed papillary sphincterotomy (PST), balloon dilatation (EPBD) through papillary sphincterotomy (EST), guided wire into pancreatic duct >1 time, contrast agent into pancreatic duct patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, anemia and kidney disease, history of glaucoma and increased intracranial pressure; 3. Patients with cirrhosis, history of upper gastrointestinal ulcer or previous history of upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. allergic to contrast agents, unable to tolerate side effects of somatostatin and nitroglycerin; 5. Patients with mental disorders or illness; 6. Take pancreatic toxic drugs (e.g. estrogen, azathioprine, mesalazin, morphine derivatives and prednisone, etc.), and take angiotensin receptor blockers and smokers.
