Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children born at full term and older than one month; 2. Children weighing more than 5 kg; 3. ASA I-III; surgical risk rating of congenital heart disease: Rachs 1-3; 4. Preoperative fiberoptic bronchoscopy was used to evaluate patients with normal airway development; 5. Patients with positive inotropic score less than 15.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature, newborn; 2. Children weighing less than 5 kg; 4. ASA IV-V; surgical risk rating of congenital heart disease: Rachs 4-6; 5. Emergency operation and secondary heart operation; 6. Children with severe pneumonia before operation; 7. Children with severe hepatorenal insufficiency; 8. Patients with severe central nervous system diseases; 9. Patients with abnormal airway.
