Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal volunteers: (1) The age is 18-60 years old, male and female are not limited. (2) The routine physical examination was carried out and all the examinations were normal. (3) The score of Hamilton Depression Symptom Scale (HAMD-17) is less than 7, which is not in accordance with the classification and diagnosis criteria of depression in the guide manual of psychiatric diagnosis (ICD-10). (4) No antidepressants or psychoactive drugs were taken within 2 weeks before the examination. (5) Volunteer and sign informed consent. Patients with liver depression syndrome: (1) The age is 18-60 years old, male and female are not limited. (2) First episode of depression. (3) The score of Hamilton Depression Symptom Scale (HAMD-17) is more than 17, and it is in accordance with the classification and diagnosis criteria of depression in the guide manual of psychiatric diagnosis (ICD-10). (4) "TCM Constitution identification software" indicates that liver qi stagnation results in constitution, and conforms to the dialectical classification of TCM liver depression syndrome. (5) No antidepressants or psychoactive drugs were taken within 2 weeks before the examination. (6) Volunteer and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious brain organic diseases and body diseases. (2) Those who cannot cooperate with the inspection. (3) Those who are inclined to commit suicide or self injury. (4) People who have taken antidepressants or psychoactive drugs before. (5) Family history of depression and other family history related to induced psychosis.
