Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General situation: 30-40 years old; height (165-175cm), BMI (19-24); healthy diet, work and rest, regular exercise habits. 2. Inclusion criteria for marathon enthusiasts (one of the following is enough): (1) Professional long-distance runners (including women's 5000 meters, men's 10000 meters, half marathon, full marathon); (2) Marathon enthusiasts who have participated in the whole marathon at least once a year for 3 consecutive years and can complete the whole marathon; (3) Long distance runners (average running distance per week in recent 3 years >= 100km). 3. Inclusion criteria for Amateurs: less daily running (average weekly running distance <= 10km).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are basic diseases related to the immune system; 2. marathon exercise within one month; 3. blood pressure, heart rate, vital capacity, muscle tension and other indicators have obvious abnormalities (refer to the general medical standards); 4. tobacco and alcohol addiction; 5. blood routine, heart, lung, liver and kidney function test have obvious abnormalities; pregnant women may have neurological and mental system diseases; 6. participated in three months Add other clinical studies; 7. any other circumstances that the researcher thinks should be excluded from this study.
