20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Cervical cancer stage IB3,IIA2 and IIB; (2) Aged between 20 to 70 years; (3) Tumors were >= 4 cm in diameter on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); (4) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0-2 (5) Adequate bone marrow reserve(hemoglobin >= 9 g/dl, absolute neutrophil count (ANC) >= 2000/mm3, platelet count >= 100,000 /mm3); (6) Adequate renal, hepatic, and cardiac functions; (7) All patients provided written informed consent prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previously received chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other related treatment (2) Pregnant patients (3) Those who plan to maintain fertility (4) Previously received subtotal hysterectomy (5) Uncontrolled comorbidities (6) History of thrombotic events.
