Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. The inpatients of cesarean section in term pregnancy; 3. Patients with ASA grade I ~ II; 4. The subjects participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ diseases, bleeding diseases or other system diseases; 2. Patients with potentially difficult airway (modified malampati grade IV or known upper respiratory or neck pathological changes); 3. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease; 4. Patients with intrauterine restriction or fetal damage; 5. Patients with BMI >= 35 kg / m2; 6. Patients with language disorder, psychological disorder, cognitive dysfunction or neuromuscular disease; 7. Patients who are allergic to the drugs to be used; 8. Patients who drink or abuse drugs; 9. Patients with myasthenia gravis or asthma; 10. Patients with diabetes, hypertension and hypotension; 11. Patients who are not considered suitable for the clinical study by the competent physician.
