Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. Patients with relative skeletal muscle mass index (rsmi): male rsmi < 7.0kg/m2, female rsmi < 5.7kg/m2; 3. Grip strength: male grip strength < 25kg, female grip strength < 18kg; 4. Gait speed: both male and female gait speed <= 0.8m/s; 5. Patients with ADL scores between 0-22; 6. Patients without other diseases that may interfere with the test; 7. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of alcohol, drug abuse or dependence in the past 2 years; 2. Patients with any significant systemic disease or unstable medical conditions that may lead to difficulty in compliance with the trial design, include: (1) Tumor history in the past 5 years; (2) Previous history of myocardial infarction, instability, or serious cardiovascular disease, including angina or symptomatic heart failure at rest; (3) Clinically significant obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma; (4) Clinically significant and unstable gastrointestinal diseases (such as gastric ulcer or active or occult gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the past 2 years); (5) Diabetes; (6) Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 170 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); (7) There were clinically significant liver disease and coagulation disorders in the past 2 years.
