18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 2) The duration of type 2 diabetes = 18 years old; 4) No more than 3 kinds of anti-diabetic drugs were used; 5) No history of insulin treatment; 6) Voluntary participation and signed informed content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) has been associated with severe diabetes-related diseases, including retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic foot disease, diabetic neuropathy, coronary heart disease, peripheral artery disease, etc.; 2) Steroid therapy within 3 months; 3) Thyroid disease; 4) Liver disease; 5) Unable to do moderate and high intensity physical exercises; 6) Anemia; 7) History of lung disease; 8) History of heart disease; 9) History of kidney disease; 10) Pregnancy; 11)Hb1Ac>9%
