Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to be treated with total knee arthroplasty; 2. Patients aged 18-85 years; 3. Patients with preoperative depression symptoms (17-items Hamilton Depression Scale score more than 8); 4. Patients who sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with duloxetine allergy; 2. Patients who exposured to SNRIs or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressant or monoamine oxidase inhibitor within 6 months prior to the surgery; 3. Patients with high preoperative inflammatory factor (CRP > 20mg / L); 4. Patients with abnormal platelet function or coagulation function before operation; 5. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function. 6. ASA status IV
