Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with breast cancer; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Who had known own disease already; 4. Be able to read and writing; 5. Able to understanding the instruments; 6. Normal mental status, cooperate with health providers; 7. informed consent; 8. CARS >=30 at the first assessment; 9. Expected survival >=6 months; 10. 21 days/cycle of chemotherapy and not a last chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other cancer or recurrent, or metastatic tumor; 2. Severe heart, brain, lung organic dysfunction; 3. motor disorder, language and hearing disorders; 4. received metal intervention and possibly may affect the investigation results.
