Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 25 to 32 years; 2. BMI (body weight / height 2) was between 25 and 30; 3. Objects without fitness habits at ordinary times.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with basic diseases who can not receive resistance training.
