Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The initial population meeting the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for ulcerative colitis and the corresponding number of normal people undergoing colonoscopy. 2. People aged between 18 and 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated for ulcerative colitis. 2. Patients who are at risk of perforation and massive bleeding and cannot be biopsied. 3. Pregnant patients.
